• Analytics and reporting tools
• Customer relationship management integration

The specific services provided will depend on the plan selected by the customer.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all anti-spam and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is based on a per-qualified-lead model:

• Charges apply only to leads that meet your specified qualification criteria
• Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Enterprise customers may arrange custom billing terms
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We provide a 100% lead quality guarantee:

• If any delivered lead does not meet your specified criteria, we will replace it at no additional cost
• Quality disputes must be reported within 30 days of lead delivery
• Replacement leads will be delivered within the same timeframe as your original plan
• Our quality guarantee does not extend to conversion rates or sales outcomes

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA
• Customer data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent

7. Intellectual Property

8. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• We target 99.9% uptime for our platform
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Service credits may be provided for extended outages at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or conversion rates
• You acknowledge that lead generation results may vary based on numerous factors

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your service at any time with written notice
• We may terminate service for breach of these terms after reasonable notice
• Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments
• We will provide your data in a standard format upon reasonable request

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms:

• Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date
• Significant changes will be communicated via email when possible
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your service

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of Kansas.
